All labor and cleaning products required for two (2) maintenance appointments per year on indoor and outdoor equipment. (Furnace tune-ups normally performed in the Fall and air conditioning tune-ups in the Spring).
Humidifier maintenance with a new water panel is included. Electronic or Media air cleaners attached to the equipment will be inspected during tune-ups and filters can be replaced for an additional cost (filter prices vary by manufacturer and model).
Replacement parts are not included in this plan. Parts and repairs are additional at a discounted rate.
Plan includes priority service and scheduling, discounted diagnostic rates and repairs, appointment reminders, improved comfort & safety and peace of mind.
